Alison DiFlorio, Co-Founder & Managing Partner, co-founded Exude Human Capital in 2006 after more than 20 years in talent development, team development, and human resources roles in the corporate sector. She offers thought leadership and insight to support business leaders who seek to align workplace culture to their business strategy and to build HR structures and practices to drive that culture. She is the co-host of The Morning Blend, a quarterly webinar series focused on HR and Legal updates, as well as the host on the Podcast “Hold On…Let Me Close My Door” which focuses on real people talking about real challenges in the workplace. She also regularly presents webinars and trainings on human capital topics. Alison’s work is based on the belief that an organization’s greatest resource is its human resources.
Alison is a graduate of The George Washington University where she earned a BA in International Studies. Certifications & training include Professional Human Resources (PHR), Certified Master Trainer of Myers- Brigg Type Indicator (MBTI) Memberships, the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
