Why Choose Exude Training?
Our training curriculum builds on years of experience in learning and development to cover the topics of HR, DEIB, Leadership, and Team development. Our content and sessions are always evolving and growing with market and regulatory changes. Our facilitators are well-versed and experienced in a variety of different topics and have delivered them in multiple ways to multiple organizations. They are knowledgeable and skilled at engaging learners and creating ways for them to apply their knowledge right away in the workspace. We also take the time to get to know our clients and understand what has already been tried before and what the goals of the training sessions are to achieve the most success. After the training is delivered, we’ll meet with you to conduct a debrief of what went well and what potential next steps could be to advance the learning. If needed, we can also provide customized training and advisory services, as well as help you create a training program.

Frequently Asked Questions
What’s the value of Facilitated Training vs E-learning Training?
E-learning is typically created as a one-size-fits-all approach with little to no customization for your organization. It’s also typically self-managed. This provides an opportunity for teams to not fully embrace the learning and quickly go through it rather than apply the concepts and have a dialogue about the practical applications of the topic. While e-learning can be cost effective, it usually doesn’t produce as much learning success as facilitated training does. Facilitated training takes into account your organization’s culture and finds ways to connect the dots to your people and needs. It also forces the team to participate and engage in the content.
What is the duration of a training class?
It depends on the topic and training delivery. Most trainings are 2-3 hours per session.
What is the training process?
After our discovery session, we will have an intake meeting so you can share more about the objectives for the training. Then we will share with you our approach and make sure we’re hitting the marks you believe we need. If it’s an in-person or virtual training session, there will be interaction, which usually includes breakout sessions and dialogue to engage the learners and encourage their input and perspectives. Once the training is over, we conduct a quick survey and have a debrief session with you to help you come up with some next steps.
What’s the platform used for virtual training?
Our virtual trainings are facilitated via Zoom, where we can host a variety of annotation tools and include breakout rooms and team engagement.
Why is there a limit on the number of learners per session?
In our experience, we believe this is the number that allows for the most successful facilitation and where the learners feel the most comfortable. The number can be lower, but if the number goes higher, it causes the session to feel overwhelming, and you may not have the participation or attention you’d like. Especially for sessions that are interactive, it becomes challenging when there are too many in one group. If you have more participants, we can do multiple sessions or have multiple facilitators for additional fees.
Can we just purchase the content for our own facilitators to facilitate?
We do offer Train the Training Licenses. Please inquire further for more information.
