We evaluate each handbook and provide an estimate to review and revise accordingly. The length of time may depend on the size and complexity of the handbook.

Factors that could impact the length of time include:

  • Recommendations for policy revisions with financial implications
  • Suggested changes require additional stakeholder approvals
  • Bandwidth of you and your team to review recommendations
  • Reconciliation with Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA)

How many states can you accommodate?

How often should a handbook be updated?

At a minimum annually or as changes in employment laws take effect.
