Yomi Ojo is a people-centered Human Resources leader with more than a decade of experience helping organizations build strong cultures, strengthen leadership capability, and create workplaces where people can thrive. With a background spanning manufacturing, retail, hospitality, with union and non-union workforce, and multi-state operations, Yomi brings a practical, empathetic, and solutions-focused approach to every partnership.

Throughout his career, he has led transformative initiatives in performance improvement, talent development, organizational design, and employee engagement. Yomi is known for his ability to coach leaders with clarity and compassion, navigate complex employee relations issues with sound judgment, and build trust across diverse teams. His work has consistently resulted in stronger retention, healthier workplace cultures, and more confident, high-performing leaders.

Yomi holds a Master of Business Administration from Wilkes University and a Bachelor of Science in Management & Marketing from Penn State University. He is passionate about creating meaningful employee experiences and empowering leaders to bring out the best in their teams.

Outside of work, Yomi enjoys traveling with his wife and son, spending time with nieces and nephews, teaching, mentoring, and contributing to the growth of others — both professionally and personally.
