Tammy Daniel

Tammy Daniel is a compensation and benefits expert with 20+ years of experience in advising management on resolving compensation and benefits issues in addition to designing and implementing a defensible remuneration structure across multiple countries.

Tammy has worked in both union and non-union environments and has been a key member at the table for labor negotiations. Tammy has extensive experience in developing global merit and performance management systems that meet rigorous internal and external audit standards across various industries. She specializes in creating business solutions with a focus on global compensation and effectively communicating insights from compensation program analyses.

Tammy partners with clients to create and implement robust compensation plans and practices to assist with job analysis/market analysis, job description development and competency identification, career ladder architecture and utilization guidelines, building merit tools with annual budget guidelines, global salary structures/ranges with global bands, FLSA guidance, incentive design including executive rewards and sales compensation, compensation communication materials. Tammy is committed to building trusted relationships with clients and driving collaboration through sharing and soliciting thoughts, ideas, and feedback across the broader organization.

Tammy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Knoxville College and a Master of Science with a Human Resource Concentration from Central Michigan as well as Prosci Change Management PHR Certification. She shares her knowledge with the next generation by teaching compensation and benefits design at both the undergraduate and graduate level.
