
Suzanne is an accomplished senior compensation consultant and project manager with a combined 30 years of internal Human Resources experience (including compensation and benefits management, performance management and business line HR management) and external Compensation Consulting experience. This experience spans a variety of non-profit and for-profit industries and organizations of all sizes.
With a consulting career dedicated to enhancing employee compensation programs, Suzanne’s expertise lies in understanding jobs, analyzing pay, and developing, implementing,g and communicating data-driven solutions that foster market competitiveness and internal pay equity. She enjoys partnering with her clients to design and deliver highly custom, cost-effective, implementable solutions that align with client business strategy, operations, and culture.
Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, with a focus on industrial/organizational psychology, from the University of Maryland and a Master of Business Administration degree from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. In addition, she earned and maintains an active Certified Compensation Professional designation from the WorldatWork Total Rewards Association.
