Rebecca Soley

Becky Soley joined Exude in January of 2021 as a Human Capital Consultant. Becky brings over 20 years of experience to the Exude HC Team in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding.

Becky has recently joined the sales team in the role of Sr. Client Advisor.  In this role, Becky capitalizes on her inquisitive nature and skills in relationship building to understand and address the needs of clients.  She offers thought partnership and aligns Exude talent and solutions to support clients in the human capital space.  She believes in the incredible and impactful work of Exude consultants to educate and guide clients in Human Resources, DEIB, and Leadership Development and enjoys sharing success stories and best practices!   

Originally hired to recruit talent to work for Exude Human Capital, Becky has also worked in client-facing engagements to manage and improve recruitment processes. Becky’s recruitment experience spans industries including finance, engineering, technology, manufacturing, and healthcare. She has also worked in higher education to prepare students and graduates for employment and managed campus recruitment programs. 

Becky holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
