Paul Oliva, CCP, GRP is a seasoned Total Rewards leader with over 25 years of experience designing and implementing compensation strategies that align with organizational goals and cultures. With a strong foundation in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Paul brings both analytical rigor and practical insight to his work, helping companies attract, retain, and motivate talent through data-driven, market-aligned solutions.
Paul’s experience spans a wide range of industries—including biotech, managed care, software, logistics, and consumer goods—and both public and private sectors. His work includes the development of broad-banding frameworks, global incentive plans, career ladders, and pay-for-performance programs across more than 30 countries. Known for his ability to translate complex compensation theory into actionable and sustainable strategies, Paul has supported clients through mergers, IPO prep, and international expansions.
He holds the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) designations and has been published in the World at Work Journal for his innovative approach to global career frameworks. Paul earned his BA in Psychology from the University at Buffalo and his MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Stevens Institute of Technology.
