Pamela Whitt joined the Exude team in December 2020 as a Human Resources Consultant but has since been promoted to Director in the Human Resources practice. Pamela is a Senior HR leader with over 20 years of experience in all HR disciplines including employee relations, talent acquisition and management, compliance, risk management, organizational development, compensation, benefits administration, training, strategic planning, and performance and rewards.
Prior to joining Exude, Pamela led HR departments in a variety of industries such as biotechnology, utilities and energy, IT, hospitality and manufacturing. In her most recent role, Pamela supported the organization by creating and implementing all HR disciplines for its start-up and site opening. She dedicates herself to helping leaders and teams unleash their potential to create value and achieve results within their organizations.
Pamela holds a B.S. in Human Resources Management from Rosemont College, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and a member of the Board of Directors for Community Services for Children, Inc.
Certifications & training include: Paralegal Certification from The Philadelphia Institute.
