Meg Reno is a dynamic Human Resources leader with over 20 years of experience in multiple industries including Media/Technology, Private Equity, Non-Profits, Manufacturing, Advertising and Energy.
Her successes focus on developing and delivering human resource strategies that maximize business results. Meg has held multiple Executive level roles, leading all functions of HR including talent management, diversity, equity and inclusion, policy management, employee relations, performance management, HRIS and data analytics, organizational effectiveness, executive coaching, employee engagement, workforce planning and benefits. She also provides Leadership and Management coaching to individuals in career transition including individuals seeking new careers, returning to the workforce, or considering retirement.
Meg teaches at the graduate and undergraduate levels at multiple colleges including Cornell University and the University of Delaware. She holds a master’s in human resource management and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and is certified in multiple assessments including Myers-Briggs, Birkman, DiSC and Profiler.
