Meg Reno is a dynamic and personable Human Resources and Organizational Development leader with over 20 years of experience providing comprehensive strategic service in multiple industries including Media/Technology, Private Equity, Consulting, Professional Services, Non-Profits, Manufacturing, Consumer Product Goods, Insurance, Advertising and Energy.

Her successes focus on developing and delivering human resource strategies that maximize business results.  Meg has held multiple Executive level roles, leading all functions of HR including talent management, diversity, equity and inclusion, policy management, employee relations, performance management, HRIS and data analytics, organizational effectiveness, executive coaching, employee engagement, workforce planning, and benefits.

Her engaging and interactive coaching style includes identifying and reaching development goals and providing support to sustain changes.  She also provides Leadership and Management coaching to individuals in career transition, including those seeking new careers, returning to the workforce, or considering retirement.  Meg is known for being able to develop productive working relationships across functional lines and all levels, as well as with diverse populations.

Meg teaches at multiple colleges, including Cornell University and the University of Delaware.   She holds a master’s in human resource management and a bachelor’s degree in psychology and is certified in multiple assessments, including Myers-Briggs, Birkman, DiSC, and Profiler.
