Liz Mason joined Exude Human Capital Consulting in October of 2021 as a Resource Manager. Her primary focus is supporting our most important asset – our people.
Liz brings 11 years of management consulting experience to the Exude team. Prior to joining Exude, Liz worked at North Highland as a Contract and Billing Manager where she co-led a team of 9 and oversaw the financial and contract management for a growing $70M book of business/portfolio of accounts. Her background includes consulting operations, project administration, resource management, utilization and capacity planning, financials and billing, system implementation, managing global teams and process improvement and development.
In her role, Liz is responsible for resource planning and allocation as well as capacity planning. She ensures that our consultants are used effectively on time and to budget by assigning people to projects based on their skills, previous experience, availability, and the clients’ needs. She likes to consider herself a matchmaker.
Liz is a graduate of Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice.
