Edwina White

Let's Think a Little Bigger

Edwina began her professional career in West Africa in the Peace Corps helping rural women improve their family’s health standards.  Upon completing graduate school, Edwina started working at Glaxo SmithKline as a recruiter, progressing to compensation analyst, and then an HR business partner role. At Wyeth-Ayerst, Edwina’s diverse talents thrust her into a succession of important roles in the Human Resources organization from Director to Assistant Vice President. She led the compensation administration divisions for the US and later for the global organization.

Having worked as an independent consultant for several years, in 2014, Edwina started consulting for Exude, helping clients launch initiatives to propel their organizations and prepare for the future. Approaching projects and issues from a business and people perspective, Edwina combines progressive Human Resources with a business results orientation and a constant eye on the best interests of employees.  Projects have ranged from executive compensation to goal setting.

Edwina has served on the board of the Greater Valley Forge Human Resources Association, Access Matters, and United Cerebral Palsy of Philadelphia. Edwina received her BA degree with honors from Brooklyn College and her MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
