Dana Morgan
Dana is a creative and compassionate people and culture champion with over 20 years of Human Resources/People Operations experience in both the public and private sectors. She has served the clinical community for over 10 years, specializing in employee engagement and professional development for clinical leaders.
Over the past 5 years, some of Dana’s most significant accomplishments have included reducing turnover by 15% within 1 year of launching a new Employee Engagement plan; building and rolling out a leadership and professional development plan for over 10k employees; and leading due diligence and employee integration activities for two major acquisitions.
Dana has spent most of her career overseeing Human Resources/People Operations, Organizational Effectiveness, and Talent Acquisition teams. She loves collaborating with leadership to set up and execute strategic direction for employee experience, engagement, recruitment, learning and development, and onboarding initiatives. Dana has worked across various sizes of organizations and has served locally and globally. Her passion and priority are making an impact on people’s lives. In her spare time, Dana supports the arts, loves to read, follows pop culture, and volunteers with various community organizations.
Dana earned her MBA from Rutgers University and a degree in Organizational Development from Villanova University. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Theatre Arts from Rutgers University. She is also an IFC-certified Executive Coach, and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
