She successfully guided them to discover and harness their inherent leadership abilities, fostering motivation and achieving specific goals across various levels. Her pivotal role during the COVID-19 crisis involved rapidly adapting learning and talent programs to provide vital training for employees, customers, and clients, showcasing her agility and innovative thinking.

Cindy’s notable achievements at Sodexo also include establishing a change management function, complete with an executive education and practitioner program, which significantly enhanced the organization’s adaptability and success in implementing change.
