Cindy is a visionary and energetic certified professional coach and change leader who brings a 25-year track record of delivering improved performance, growth, and transformation. She believes humans are infinitely capable and often just need a good partner or an objective ear to help them unleash their brilliance. Cindy’s goal is to help unleash that brilliance and then leave the individual, and thus the organization, to shine in their own light.
Her previous post was the Vice President of Talent Management & Learning and Development at Sodexo, the 19th largest employer in the world (430+ employees). Some of Cindy’s accomplishments there included, rapidly pivoting a global team to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic by adapting all learning and talent programs to provide essential training for employees, customers, and clients. Coaching Sr. Leaders and their direct reports helping them to recognize and apply the leadership skills within themselves to better motivate teams and deliver specific personal, professional, and organizational goals. Standing up a change management function, model, executive education and practitioner program to drive successful adoption of change within the organization.
Cindy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Georgia State University.
