Cindy Crompton Barone is a trusted professional with over 17 years of experience in the field of Human Resources with expertise to drive strategy, organizational development, talent development, wellbeing, and cultural change.
Prior to joining Exude, Cindy cared for and served the Associates of WSFS Bank as SVP, of Human Capital Management. She led talent acquisition, performance management, career development, diversity program development, Associate relations, benefits, compensation, payroll, and compliance functions, resulting in WSFS recognition as a Top Workplace and Gallup Great Place to Work employer. Prior to her career with WSFS, she held Human Resource management roles with Dover Downs, American International Group (AIG), Mellon Bank, and Bank One.
Cindy has held several board positions and is a member of the National and Delaware Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) organizations. She also serves on the Boards of Centreville School and the Boys and Girls Club of Delaware.
Cindy received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Delaware, is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-CP), and recently completed the SHRM, Inclusive Workplace Culture Program.
