Chisa Miller joined Exude Human Capital in May of 2023 as a consultant. Chisa is an accomplished trainer, facilitator, and public speaker, Chisa brings a big bundle of enthusiasm and energy into every room. Before dedicating her life to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) education, Chisa in Las Vegas worked as the Casino Operations Manager at the Excalibur Hotel & Casino. It was under this role that she attended, and fell in love with her first inclusion and diversity class, opening the doors for her true calling and leading her to where she is today.
Chisa is a woman on a mission to impact how we interact and understand each other. She believes in the power of storytelling and the willingness to listen to others. She strives to help others unlock their full potential, encouraging them to show up for what they believe in. She stands by the importance of seeing the humanness in others, guided by the principle that we do not have to be “one of” to “stand with.”
In addition to being a change-maker and thought-shake, Chisa enjoys hiking, camping, and spending time with he husband and their two sons at their home in Florida.
