Brandale Mills Cox, Ph.D. brings nearly 15 years of experience to the Exude team. She is Founder & Principal of Inclusive Market Research Group (IMRG) where her team leads trainings and conducts market research to help build inclusive communication strategies. She was recently named one of Albuquerque Business First’s “40 under 40” leaders in Albuquerque.
Brandale will be supporting the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and Training and Development practices. Her focus areas include DEI strategy, strategic planning, and training and development.
Dr. Mills Cox earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Print Journalism from the University of New Mexico (Albuquerque, New Mexico), her Master of Arts and Doctorate degree from Howard University (Washington, DC) in Mass Communications and Media Studies and Communication, Culture and Media Studies.
Dr. Mills Cox is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Women in Research (WiRE), ColorComm and Qualitative Research Consultant Association (QRCA).
