Andrew Slike is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of dedicated service in the areas of operations and human resources. His journey is one marked by a deep commitment to supporting organizations in achieving their missions through effective management of operations, programming, resources, and talent.  

Andrew has a diverse background that spans both non-profit and for-profit sectors, with a strong focus on health services, legal aid, community outreach, education, and financial literacy. In his various roles within non-profit organizations, Andrew realized the critical role that effective operations and human resources management play in driving organizational success. He immersed himself in all aspects of non-profit operations, from program management to financial planning, honing his skills in strategic decision-making and resource allocation.

Driven by a desire to make a broader impact, Andrew has started to focus his attention on the for-profit sector. This career move enabled him to leverage his extensive experience and knowledge to assist a wider array of organizations in enhancing their HR practices. His unique blend of non-profit and for-profit experience positions him as a versatile professional capable of elevating organizational performance across different industries. 

Andrew currently resides in Perkasie, PA with his wife Elaina, and their two children. Andrew is a founding member of SHRM Bucks County where he serves as President-Elect. He is a graduate of Saint Joseph’s University where he earned his Master of Science in Organizational Development and Leadership and has his Professional in Human Resources Certification.
