As a Human Capital consultant, Elaina has led numerous large-scale compensation and performance management projects, with a particular focus on aligning the two to ensure pay equity, fairness, and strong connections between employee performance and rewards. She has designed and implemented market-based compensation structures, pay-for-performance models, salary administration processes, and incentive plans that balance organizational goals with employee engagement and retention.
