SITUATION:
A manufacturing company requested interim HR support upon their only HR person leaving the company.
SOLUTION:
Exude provided an interim HR manager to manage the day-to-day HR needs which included workers comp, employee relations, payroll, management coaching, process development and improvement, as well as supporting the optimization of their HRIS system. In addition, we provided recruiting support for the hiring needs of key roles and defining the requirements for the permanent HR role, leading to the success of filling that position.
RESULTS:
We left the organization that had no permanent HR structure with a better-organized HR function and an HR leader with the appropriate skills and competences to lead effectively as the company prepares for growth. They would like to do additional work with us as their needs expand.
