A nonprofit organization with multiple sites and over 100 employees needed targeted HR support for the management teams at two of its locations. Leaders were struggling with employee relations and performance management issues, and the organization also faced challenges recruiting for several hard-to-fill positions. SOLUTION:

At the same time, Exude deployed a dedicated recruiter to fill multiple hard-to-hire roles, working closely with the HR consultant to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.
RESULTS:
The nonprofit has seen noticeable improvement in manager confidence when handling employee relations and performance issues, with less reliance on HR to step into difficult conversations.
