Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) Inclusive Leadership Training Strategy

SITUATION:

A large global retailer with an internal learning and development department needed external expertise to help them finalize a leadership development program around inclusive leadership.  

SOLUTION:

We created a highly interactive half-day leadership workshop integrating core values of the organization and best practices with practical tools, self-reflection, and action planning around inclusive leadership. Our team worked collaboratively with their internal team to understand the needs and navigate the challenging scheduling conflicts to meet their operational needs to pull this half-day session off.  

RESULTS:

Our client was so elated with the outcome of the workshop and applauded our thought partnership and ability to genuinely connect with their brand, culture and engage their executive team. The workshop yielded a heightened level of transparency and connectivity. They want to do more work with us and to cascade this out to the rest of their leadership and subsidiary brands.
