Exude, Inc. Adds Four New Human Capital Leaders to Support Growth
PHILADELPHIA, August 17, 2021 — Exude, Inc., announced today the hire of four new leaders to accelerate the growth of its Human Capital Division. Jai Calloway, Dana Cheung, Kimberly Scheetz, and Pamela Whitt, join Exude with deep experience that further strengthens the company’s offerings in HR, Diversity/Equity/Inclusion and Training & Development.

Jai Calloway, JD joins Exude as Director, DEI with a focus on DEI strategy, policy, surveys/focus groups, and training. Prior to Exude, Jai worked at Halliburton, UBS, and Atlas Air consulting on cross-cultural policy/program design, DEI and in conflict resolution. Jai uses her knowledge and expertise to guide clients through the creation of customized strategies that address their specific DEI needs.
Dana Cheung joins Exude as Director, HR with a focus on HR strategy/design, performance management, and organizational transformation. Dana has worked in various HR roles at General Electric, Raytheon Technologies, FMC, and Johnson & Johnson. Dana is a trusted advisor to her clients and enjoys partnering with dynamic organizations as they evolve. As a people leader, she values the consultants on her team because of their client-first values and thought leadership in the field.
Kimberly Scheetz, PHR joins Exude as Director, Operations with a focus on operations/resource management as well as systems and processes. Kimberly has spent her career in professional services with the last decade in the consulting industry, most recently at North Highland. She has led teams through transformation, systems implementation and process development/improvement. Kimberly has multiple certifications in coaching/HR, and is on the board of The Saturday Club, a local non-profit organization.
Pamela Whitt joins Exude as Director, HR with a focus on HR strategy, operations, policy, employee relations, organizational development, compensation, and performance and rewards. She has led HR teams in biotechnology, utilities/energy, IT, hospitality, and manufacturing. Pamela dedicates herself to helping leaders and teams flourish and unleash their potential to create value and achieve results within their organizations. Pamela is also a member of the Board of Directors for Community Services for Children, Inc. who provides early childhood education and support for providers and families.
