Assisting organizations in diagnosing areas that impact employee productivity and management effectiveness and converting challenges into opportunities is where Therese excels and best serves the organizations she supports.
Therese was the founder and President of Pinnacle Group Business Resources, LLC from 2006 through 2020. Having worked as an external consultant across for-profit, non-profit, higher education, and government organizations, Therese has acquired a deep level of understanding of how to help business leaders maximize human potential and align people to business results. As the CHRO for InHome Therapy, Therese has built the Talent/HR infrastructure from its inception in 2021. InHome is a provider of physical, occupational, and speech therapy to patients rehabilitating in their homes.
Therese is a graduate of Villanova University, where she has earned both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts degrees in Education and holds a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership from the American College of Education.
