Efua brings 6+ years of HR experience ranging from payroll administration, benefits, LOA, and employee relations. Prior to joining Exude HC, Efua worked with Lydia security monitoring Group as an HR Generalist managing multiple responsibilities. Efua is a proud graduate of Penn State. What she valued most about her role was the opportunity to build positive relationships with management and employees to foster a more positive working environment.
