Mindy Braithwaite brings over 20 years of expertise to the Exude team across a range of organizational environments. Serving in executive roles in both operations and human capital management, Mindy is recognized for her ability to align stakeholders and build the business processes and infrastructure necessary for producing outstanding organizational results.
Mindy is passionate about bringing proven practices to organizations that are seeking creative, innovative, responsible, and appropriate HR solutions that align with and support their organization and business needs. As a former Senior Vice President at Sellers Dorsey, Mindy supported the firm’s tremendous growth by providing leadership on a range of activities that were fundamental to the functioning of the firm, including talent acquisition, training, performance management, IT infrastructure and security, and physical infrastructure across the United States.
She also spent many years leading organizations in all aspects of HR and Operations, including designing, implementing, and leading an HR Shared Services (HRSS) model for Steward Health Care, the largest private, physician-led healthcare network in the United States. A critical component of launching the HRSS function was to design and implement the base system and technology infrastructures and processes within all aspects of HR Shared Services to improve service delivery and support the continued growth model of the organization.
Mindy graduated from the University of Scranton with a B.S. in Mathematics and has her Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University. Certifications include Human Resources Certificate through NEHRA and Bentley College.
