As a former captain in the United States Army, Megan has several years of experience developing and leading talent. In her recent roles, Megan was responsible for developing and implementing measurable and actionable Organizational Effectiveness training that drove productivity vital to cost reduction and bottom-line process improvement. Megan has worked with clients across a variety of industries, including Fortune 200, Fortune 500, petrochemical, technology, manufacturing, logistics, chemical, and non-profit.
Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the College of Saint Benedict. Megan is also very skilled in Lencioni’s Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team as well as other custom programs she has developed. She holds certifications as an award-winning and authorized partner for Everything DiSC, True Colors of Communication Certified, PXT Select Certified, and Blanchard’s Situational Leadership II.
