Nick DiCicco

Nick DiCicco joined Exude HC in May of 2023 as a Human Capital Consultant and just recently joined the Sales team as a Senior Client Advisor.  Nick has 20 years of experience in HR & Talent Acquisition.

Prior to joining Exude HC, Nick worked with organizations from early-stage software & consulting firms to large, multi-national corporations such as Comcast and IBM.  His experience spans Talent Acquisition, DEIB, University Relations, Performance Management, and leadership Development, among others. Nick is excited to join the Sales team and looks to utilize his extensive real-world HR experience to benefit Exude HC and our clients.

Nick resides in Woolwich, NJ with his wife and two children. They enjoy travel, live sports performing arts, and exploring the outdoors.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication & History/Political Science from Rutgers University.
