Melissa Colvin is a strategic global compensation leader with over 20 years of experience designing and implementing data-driven pay strategies for organizations across technology, healthcare, and financial services.  

Melissa brings deep expertise in compensation architecture, incentive design, and market benchmarking to help organizations align rewards with performance and business outcomes. 

Throughout her career, Melissa has partnered with senior leadership teams at organizations such as Virgin Galactic, Atlassian, Citi Group, Wells Fargo, and Krispy Kreme to drive compensation transformation initiatives. Her work spans executive and broad-based compensation, job architecture, pay equity analysis, and global benchmarking, combining strategic insight with analytical rigor. 

Melissa is known for her ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and for building scalable frameworks that balance competitiveness, equity, and fiscal responsibility. Her experience leading both consulting engagements and internal corporate initiatives allows her to navigate change effectively and deliver sustainable compensation solutions that support growth and engagement. 

​She holds an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University and a BBA in Healthcare Administration from Eastern Kentucky University.
