Meghna is an accomplished Human Resources professional with over 17 years of experience across diverse industries, including Financial Services, IT Services, Manufacturing, Mental Health Care, Venture Capital, and Private Equity. Her expertise spans employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, payroll, compliance, policy development, and HR operations.
She also brings extensive HRIS experience, including system implementations and optimization, vendor evaluation, requirements gathering, process improvement, reporting, and payroll and benefits integrations with platforms including Workday, UKG, Paylocity, Paychex, Dayforce and ADP. Meghna also has significant labor relations experience, partnering with union representatives, supporting collective bargaining processes, administering collective bargaining agreements, and guiding leadership through employee relations and grievance matters.
Meghna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Accounting from the University of Mumbai, a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from the Welingkar Institute of Management, and an Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence Engineering (MSAIE) at Quantic, further strengthening her expertise at the intersection of Human Resources, technology, data, and AI.
