Marcos R. Lopez, Co-Founder of Exude Human Capital & CEO. Marcos is a passionate leader with a commitment to developing strong relationships with colleagues, clients and the community. Marcos launched his Employee Benefits Consulting firm with the vision of changing healthcare through transparency and exemplary service to every client he managed. Marcos has an entrepreneurial spirit, and over the course of his career he has built several affiliated companies in the areas of: Retirement Planning (2002), Human Resources (2006), Risk Management & Commercial Insurance (2011) and Corporate Total Well-Being (2013) as a way of providing a wider breadth of services to current and prospective clients. Today, his firm offers the promise and commitment to ‘change the lives of people who are changing the world’ through the firm’s Organizational Health delivery Model.
Marcos has spent the last 25+ years providing personal and customized consulting for mid-market organizations. As the company has grown, so has its ability to present best-practice programs to its clients. The Exude team offers on-going healthcare and human capital compliance and education, custom technology solutions and strategies for enhanced wellness and health population management programs. Marcos is a graduate of the State University of NY at Stony Brook. He obtained his degree in Spanish Literature with a minor in Business.
