Kate is a senior People Operations and Human Resources consultant who advises organizations through growth, transformation, and organizational change. She specializes in building HR functions from the ground up and strengthening people infrastructure for organizations navigating scale, complexity, and evolving workforce needs.
Kate has held executive HR leadership roles at Insomnia Cookies, Raymour & Flanigan Furniture, and PepsiCo, partnering closely with CEOs and executive teams on workforce strategy, compliance, employee relations, total rewards, performance management, and organizational design. Her experience spans multi-state and global operations, union and non-union environments, and organizations at various stages of growth and maturity.
As a consultant, Kate delivers fractional and project-based HR leadership, combining deep operational expertise with a coaching-informed approach. She is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), a Certified Executive Functioning Coach and Certified Leadership Development Coach. Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from East Stroudsburg University and is an active member of the National and Philadelphia SHRM chapters.
