Jocelyn Virgil-Phillips

Jocelyn Virgil-Phillips is a senior human resource professional with over 25 years of experience. She previously held positions as National Senior Director of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources at Blue Apron, and Director of Human Resources at L’Oreal and D’Artagnan. She also has experience working as an independent HR consultant for small to medium-sized businesses in the nonprofit and for-profit arenas.

Jocelyn has a wealth of experience in the consumer products and food industries, as well as the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, in both corporate and manufacturing environments.  She has expertise in the areas of employee relations, talent acquisition, organizational design and development, and performance management and has successfully led organizations through tremendous growth and change initiatives.  She is passionate about working with leaders of organizations that are in conflict and developing tools and processes for resolution.

Jocelyn holds an MS in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University, School of Management and Labor Relations, and a BA in Spanish from Rutgers University.
