Janelle Mitchell

Janelle hones over 15 years of executive leadership experience planning and executing strategic objectives for workforce initiatives and technology integrations. Following her personal core values of collaboration, adaptability, and excellence, Janelle brings a diverse palette of ingenuity and solid fundamentals to her professional brand.

Her career accomplishments demonstrate a proven track record for scaling growth, curating engagement, implementing HRIS technology, and curating culture for multi-market and international organizations. Janelle’s desire to deepen her tech stack over the past several years has afforded her the opportunity to build and integrate employee friendly systems using AI, webhooks, and other connectors to create more efficient business processes and increase people connectivity in remote environments.

Janelle contracted with Mazda North America, leading their system implementation and changeover from ADP to Workday. During her time there, she was instrumental in managing the technology road map for Workday, assessing change management needs, and onboarding over 1,000 employees onto the new platform where she crafted pointed communications and learning opportunities to ensure a successful transition.

Janelle’s specialized skills and experience also includes actuarial accounting, payroll processing, benefits administration, compensation planning, and talent acquisition. Her accomplishments also extend into volunteer administrator and advisory roles where she has served on the Board of Directors for several faith and community based organizations developing bylaws, program procedures, and funding criteria. She also served as a community volunteer for Project Angel Food Los Angeles, California.

Janelle earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Public Policy from California State University Dominguez Hills. She currently resides in New York City where she seeks to expand her network and become more involved in the local community. Janelle earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Communications from California State University Dominguez Hills in 2012. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources from Temple University and is actively involved with the Alzheimer’s Association, ARFID Awareness, and the National Kidney Foundation.
