
Ann Marie Dimino is a Human Resources executive with proven skills in creating programs and policies that enhance the work environment, attract and retain talent, provide competitive total rewards options and promote organizational growth. With over 40 years of HR management experience, Ann Marie has provided strategic leadership in both profit and not-for-profit sectors; built quality, collaborative teams; and developed HR programs that foster a productive and collegial culture.
Ann Marie attended the Wharton Executive Education Program, where she completed the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist Program and took HR classes. She earned her Master’s of Arts in History from The Pennsylvania State University and her Bachelor’s of Arts in Medieval & Renaissance Studies from Syracuse University. She has served on a variety of panels and workshops as an expert.
Certifications & training include: Ann Marie received 20 years of expert training working with Labor and Employment attorneys at the former law firm of WolfBlock She obtained her Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) and formerly held Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certifications.
