HRIS Vendor Selection & Implementation

SITUATION:

A mid-sized non-profit global certification company needed help with a vendor selection and implementation of HR systems. They had their benefits tied into their HRIS and they needed to evolve to get better data, consolidated systems and functionally transient to a global system of record. At this time there were 2 new hires in HR, besides the director, so they needed additional resources and expertise to manage all of this.

SOLUTION:

We vetted 5 vendors for US selection and 4 vendors for global employer of record. Exude managed the entire implementation including all of the data conversion, built all custom reports, built all benefit plans, customized their user experience, and built the templates. We also hosted trainings for the system, developed a communication plan, as well as created country specific vacation and time off policies for 6 countries.

RESULTS:

This engagement resulted in accurate reporting leading to better employee management, cleaner payroll, improved financial management, a more consultative approach to benefits, and the overall ability for the employer to look better to their employees. Fast forward 1 year when all 3 members of the HR team left the organization, the client brought Exude Human Capital back in to provide interim support to help use the system while they recruited, hired, and onboarded.  We then trained their newly identified HR team member, so they were up and running successfully in the system on their own.
