Following a transition of their HR Director, a large diverse non-profit in the education space reached out to us for interim support, as well as an assessment of the HR function to make recommendations in better aligning the business needs and organizational strategy.


Exude placed an HR interim director within the team and conducted an assessment to better understand how their HR department was functioning. This was in addition to managing the day-to-day HR operations. After a year of interim support, they requested a more permanent relationship. This grew into supporting them around management development with numerous trainings around performance management communications and change management. We also built and implemented a succession planning structure for the top two levels of the organization. The plan is to implement through the full organization over the next several years. We also worked with this client on establishing a compensation structure for all levels of their organization.


This large organization has a better-equipped management team that is prepared to lead through ongoing change, a succession plan in place to help develop the next generation of leadership, and a well-aligned HR function to help them support their business strategy. Our partnership continues with additional engagements.
