SITUATION:

The engagement led to a clear separation of HR operations and talent strategy, stronger alignment between HR and organizational needs, and a more equitable and transparent compensation structure. The organization addressed pay compression, improved data integrity, and established a compensation committee to guide consistent, fair pay decisions. Leaders gained clarity around job scope and performance expectations, while a new competency model helped shift the culture from entitlement toward equity, accountability, and shared ownership.
