Full-Service HR Outsourcing for a Foundation

SITUATION:

A foundation with 65 employees faced the departure of their internal HR leader. Recognizing the need for consistent HR oversight but not wanting to rebuild the role internally, leadership made the strategic decision to fully outsource HR in order to achieve both operational efficiency and strategic alignment with their business goals.

SOLUTION:

Exude Human Capital became the organization’s full HR team, providing three days per week of dedicated support. Our team managed all aspects of HR, including recruitment, compliance, onboarding, benefits management (from broker review and selection to open enrollment coordination), employee relations, and performance management. We also supported workforce planning to align with the organization’s new strategic plan, coordinated training, and brought in learning specialists to deliver development opportunities. Acting as an extension of leadership, we became embedded into the organization as a trusted partner for all people-related initiatives, from training and development to inclusion efforts.

For over seven years, Exude has served as an integral part of the organization’s leadership team, building strong relationships with staff and providing trusted guidance on people strategy.
