HR Consultants: Kimberly Nash

Kimberly Nash joined Exude in October of 2020 as a Senior Human Capital Consultant & Leadership Coach. Kim will now be supporting the delivery of Human Capital Management and Leadership & Talent solutions. After 30 years in Human Resources, Kim founded her company, THRiv, to accompany leaders on their professional growth journey to achieve successful results. She serves leaders through coaching, teaching and public speaking.

Kim has worked with a variety of organizations and industries to provide her business consulting, training & development, compliance management, and HR expertise. Kim excels in presenting and has delivered various presentations for clients throughout her career.

In addition to managing her company, Kim also serves as a part-time instructor for multiple universities, where she teaches the SHRM HR Essentials and Professional Human Resource Management courses for HR professionals

Education: B.S. Business Education, York College of PA; MBA/Human Resources Management degree, University of Phoenix

Certifications and training include: SHRM-SCP, SPHR, Compensation Management Specialist, and has completed the John C. Maxwell Certification Program to teach, coach, train, and speak.

Memberships and affiliations include: Society for Human Resource Management; former President of the Human Resource Professionals of Central PA
