Anthony K. Moore is the Founder and Principal of Paradigm Group Consultants, located in Philadelphia, PA. As the Principal and CEO of the management-consulting firm, his role is to define the change theory and consulting direction that paradigm group implements with its clients. He is also the relationship partner for the executive and senior-level clients of the firm.
In addition to his role as CEO, Anthony is principal for the Diversity Practice, responsible for diversity process implementation and program management for the firm’s diversity clients. His work with the firm’s diversity clients has led Paradigm Group to develop many new and dynamic strategies and training programs. It has also led to the development of key strategic partnerships that assist Paradigm with the development and implementation of strategic diversity programs with senior and executive management teams.
Anthony has also worked on a wide variety of high-profile organizational diversity issues related to discrimination, sexual harassment, college and university Greek organizations and senior management policy strategies. His work with several news-related diversity issues has been noted for his and the firm’s ability to build consensus and strategies that are transformative. Most notably, the firm was selected to assess the Duke University, Lacrosse incident, the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity and Golf Channel highly visible incidents. He has also developed and implemented diversity programs and training in firms such as Glaxo SmithKline, Independence Blue Cross, Lincoln Financial Group, National Constitution Center, Sun Life Financial, The University of Pennsylvania, Duke University and Penn State University.
As the Principal and CEO of Paradigm group, Anthony is often invited to speak and participate in customer forums and conferences. He has recently served as guest speaker at the University of Virginia, American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), American Management Association and the Auto Club Group Call Center Management Conference and the Chamber of Commerce of Philadelphia.
His Fortune 1000 corporation clients have included, Capital One, Merrill Lynch, GE Capital, Xerox Corporation, Sovereign Bank, Comcast Corporation, Glaxo Smithkline, PECO Energy/Exelon, The Auto Club Group, Independence Blue Cross and many more. He has also worked with education and non-profit organizations, such as Drexel University, University of Pennsylvania, Yale University, Duke University, Dickinson College, Partners of the Americas, Philadelphia 2016, School District of Philadelphia and Magee Rehabilitation and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
Anthony is also the author of the soon to be published “The Inclusion Doctrine”, which will explore the process of organizational diversity and inclusion and the pathway to engagement.
