Sidney Melvin

Sidney J. Melvin, MBA joined Exude Human Capital in May of 2023 as a Senior Client Advisor.

Throughout his career, Sidney has partnered with HR executives and their teams in both account management and business development roles providing best practice solutions in employee experience, performance management, manager development, DEIB, and functional & organizational development.

Prior to joining Exude HC, Sidney worked at SHRM as a Director, Corporate Partnerships where he was responsible for developing a strategy to provide enterprise solutions to HR departments aiming to improve HR capabilities. Additionally, he’s worked in HR technology selling employee engagement surveys and performance management solutions. During his time at CEB & Gartner Sidney worked in roles advising HR leaders and their teams on best practices across all functional areas.

Sidney holds an M.B.A. from Roosevelt University, B.S. Clemson University, SHRM People Manager Qualification, and a member of the National Black MBA Association.
