Niko Cook

Geographically, Niko was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  She possesses deep, rich roots in native tribal culture and is an enrolled tribal member of the Muscogee Creek Nation Tribe.  Her Human Resources career launched when she joined the leadership team at the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Chicago and has advanced throughout the years.

Niko joined Exude in 2022 as a Human Resources Consultant, bringing 30 years of progressive Global Human Capital and Operations experience to the team. She possesses deep expertise in Executive Leadership, Employee and Labor Relations, Talent Acquisition, Executive Recruitment, Benefits Administration, Training & Development, Merger & Acquisition, Project Management, Compensation, Executive Coach & Leadership Development, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging, Succession Planning, Human Resources Legislative Compliance, Payroll, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Niko successfully led the largest, highest performing, multi-state and regional Human Resources team at BOK Financial as Senior Vice President.  She has advanced forward to consult with several leading Nonprofit, Organizations, Foundations, and Corporate clients; KPMG, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC), GE Capital, AON Hewitt, GE Healthcare, Thomson Reuters Elite, Allstate, Boeing, and Capgemini.

Niko is passionate about her work product and strives for Human Resources excellence.  She has proven experience leading small and mid-large sized Human Resource teams.  A seasoned practitioner in 43 states, within the United States and Washington D.C.  Her global experience includes Canada, Western Europe, Australia, and the United Kingdom

Niko holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management, with a minor in Organizational Development and Design from Madison University.  She’s also heavily involved with local, state, and national Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) leadership activities.  Niko currently serves as President-Elect for the Greater Valley Forge Human Resources Association and will be installed as President in June 2023.  Niko has received several local, regional, and national accolades, commendations, appointments, and awards for her work and achievements.  Most recently twice nominated as the 2022 Human Resource Person of the year, for the Mid-Atlantic Region.
