Nicole Cecil brings more than two decades of experience in Human Resources management, business development, and strategic benefits planning in hospitality, IT Staffing, International logistics, and other roles in the service industry. As an executive leader and consultant, she is excited to bring her extensive knowledge and expertise to support the growth and development of individuals and organizations.

Nicole is a strong leader in human resources and strategic benefit design with a talent for proactively strengthening organizations and a consistent record for delivering quality results. She is an energetic and empathetic leader with excellent relationship-building, team-building, strategic planning, and collaboration skills.

Early in her career, Nicole spent 16 years with C J International Inc. advising business leaders in People Management with a focus on U.S. Customs and Border Protection, compliance and regulations, international staffing, succession planning, team building, benefits administration, and total reward analysis. Recently she has been excelling at HR Benefit Consultant roles with TriNet, ProEnergy Solutions, and SeekNow.

Nicole has a special interest in collaborating with high-potential emerging leaders as well as those in the C-Suite. As a consultant, her goal is to collaborate with her clients as a strategic partner so that they achieve constructive shifts in their individual perspectives, reactions, and behavior patterns to achieve lasting professional and personal growth and development.

Nicole holds certifications in employee benefits (CEBS, GBA, RPA), Human Resources (PHR and SHRM-CP), and Data Analytics in HR Management, certified by The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
