Kellie is a collaborative Human Resources Business Executive who brings 27 years of experience delivering results, building organizational capacity, and driving analytical business strategies.  As an HR Strategist, she has worked with Fortunate 500 companies and Private Equity Firms to align Human Resources Strategic Plans to match the Business Operating Plans. She has a wide range of HR and business knowledge in the areas of safe manufacturing processes, culture, products, market laws, customers, technology/HRIS, labor unions, and people.

As a catalyst committed to aligning business objectives with individual contribution and associate development, Kellie is an enthusiastic organizational contributor, eager to develop sustainable, world-class businesses through implementation of collaborative ERP tools, continuous improvement methodology, integrated performance management methodology, and world-class safety culture.  Kellie has experience with KPI’S, OD, OCM, Six Sigma process improvement, Benchmarking, Product and Process TQS/SQF and Behavioral Safety Systems to name a few.

Previously, Kellie held the global position as Vice President of Human Resources supporting seven (7) countries, business units, and four (4) labor unions.  Kellie holds professional membership with: Society of Human Resources Management, National Black MBA, and National Association of African Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR).

Kellie is a Philadelphia born and raised native who attended undergraduate school at Southern Illinois University, as an Enroads Scholar, and in 2004 earned her MBA from Central Michigan University.
