As an HR Strategist, she has worked with Fortunate 500 companies and Private Equity Firms to align Human Resources Strategic Plans to match the Business Operating Plans. She has a wide range of HR and business knowledge in the areas of safe manufacturing processes, culture, products, market laws, customers, technology/HRIS, labor unions, and people.
As a catalyst committed to aligning business objectives with individual contribution and associate development, Kellie is an enthusiastic organizational contributor, eager to develop sustainable, world-class businesses through implementation of collaborative ERP tools, continuous improvement methodology, integrated performance management methodology, and world-class safety culture. Kellie has experience with KPI’S, OD, OCM, Six Sigma process improvement, Benchmarking, Product and Process TQS/SQF and Behavioral Safety Systems to name a few.
Previously, Kellie held the global position as Vice President of Human Resources supporting seven (7) countries, business units, and four (4) labor unions. Kellie holds professional membership with: Society of Human Resources Management, National Black MBA, and National Association of African Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR).
Kellie is a Philadelphia born and raised native who attended undergraduate school at Southern Illinois University, as an Enroads Scholar, and in 2004 earned her MBA from Central Michigan University.
