
Karen has extensive knowledge in all aspects of HR, including employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, compensation and performance management, talent acquisition, payroll administration, full cycle employment, training & development, and HR technology.
Karen started her career building the HR function for a non-profit organization from the ground up. Over the past several years, Karen has supported companies across a variety of industries to include Engineering, for profit and not-for-profit, and pharmaceuticals, in the roles of HR Consultant, HRBP and strategic partner.
Karen received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management at Eastern University, St. Davids, PA., and has completed the HR Management Certificate program with Villanova University. She is currently pursuing her SHRM-CP certification.
