Christina Adenaike Gardiner

Christina Adenaike Gardiner joined Exude in January of 2022 as the Project Manager Consultant.
Christina brings to Exude with over 20 years of experience in Non-Profits and the City of Philadelphia. Her background includes project management, information technology, program compliance, contract and grant management. For the last 4 years, she was a Compliance and Data Project Manager at an educational after-school organization where she managed the compliance program, tracking data and key metrics, designed reporting to track development, and managed the licensing process.
In this new role, Christina is facilitating Human Capital Consulting in setting up the framework for how they manage projects effectively and efficiently while staying on budget and delivering on time. This will help them balance their employee experience, client satisfaction and business growth in a healthy way.
Christina is a graduate of University of Pittsburgh, where she received her bachelor’s degree in Social Work, a Master of Business Administration degree from Eastern University including a Project Management Certificate from Penn State University.
Certifications & training include: Certified Compliance Administrator (CCA) from American Contract Compliance Association; Intermediate Project Management Training, Drexel University; Community Development Block Grants Training.
