Jessica Mulholland

Jessica is Exude Human Capitals Advisor. She joined Exude, Inc in August 2007 and has since become Exude, Inc’s Chief Financial Officer. She heads our finance and accounting department and is responsible for the organization’s financial strategy and success.  In addition, Jessica manages Exude’s internal HR department where she ensures our people and business strategy are aligned to improve organizational health and performance. In 2012, SmartCEO Magazine recognized Jessica for innovative solutions and forward thinking as CFO at the SmartCXO Awards.

Prior to working at Exude Jessica worked for IBM as a Financial and Pricing Analyst, and Vanguard as a Financial Analyst and Financial Manager. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Finance with a minor in Economics from Penn State University.  Jessica is also graduate of Philadelphia Leadership Core Class of 2015.

Jessica is an active member in the Philadelphia community serving on the Executive Board of Spark; a program that works engages communities to provide career exploration and self-discovery opportunities for middle school students to understand, experience and pursue what’s possible.  Jessica also serves on the board of National Disease Research Interchange (NDRI) as a member of the Finance and Audit committee.
