Jai Calloway joined Exude in 2020 as a Director of DEI. Jai is an experienced consultant with expertise in high-conflict problem-solving navigation in the workplace, policy analysis, strategic planning and leadership development. She is also an expert at creating effective strategies that advance policy innovation, social and economic equity, and cultural competencies across organizations through programs and practices that effectively increase diversity & inclusion creation, launch and management.
Prior to joining Exude, Jai opened her own consulting firm to guide and support executive leadership in developing strategic plans and initiatives to attract, develop and retain diverse talent. She also has experience in compliance, client services and various HR disciplines.
Jai earned her Master’s of Dispute Resolution (MDR) from Pepperdine School of Law, where she completed advanced coursework in Cross-Cultural Conflict Management, and Diversity & Inclusion. She also holds a Master of Science (MS) in Administration of Justice from Texas Southern University, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Sociology from The University of New Mexico. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., the Corporate Organizational Ombuds Roundtable (COOR), and Texas Association of Mediators (TAM). Jai is also the Dispute Resolution Co-Chair for the American Bar Association and a Diversity Equity Inclusion Task Force Member for the International Ombuds Association (IOA).
